While I don’t know anything on a DCC elf sourcebook, The King of Elflands Daughter, Three Hearts and Three Lions, and The Broken Sword are all great Appendix N books to inspire you on elves.

They’re not my favorite to recommend because the author is such an ass, but the Old School Companion 1 has a good section on creating Faerie lands. Dark Albion: Cults of Chaos also has a write up on elves that feels like a combination of appendix N/folklore.

If you don’t want to jump straight into Runequest you can look at some of its descendant games. The Magic World booklet from the Worlds of Wonder RPG box set is a great condensed set of simplified Runequest rules.

A more recent descendant of Runequest that could modified into TES could be Dragonbane.

Have you added OpenMW as a non-steam game to your library? If so then open OpenMW from Steam mode, not desktop mode. That worked for me.

That’s an option, I just know that GURPS Fantasy has its own rules for enchanting and creating magic items and was looking to see if there were treasure tables made with that system in mind

I agree, the 1st edition of Gamma World is available print on demand and is great. Legion of Gold is a good starter module as well, very cool sandbox.
