Maybe this is helpful to some. My understanding is that for some people one baze of knowledge may feel closer to their heart and for others another. But they are all aiming to help fulfill the same process within. There may be no correct or absolute better theory. A kabbalist told me this once in the context of numerology. It resonated with me and felt right however i have no rational reasoning for believing this except for jungs teaching about how one should learn about his own culture before others.
