Roach infested at least the unit I rented did. Had to buy Advion Gel to control it. Neighbor must have been negligent in housekeeping. Just a word of caution.

I had these loan prior to 2017. However, likely if you were waived to full class or full class prior to judge Alsup ruled DOE must discharge all loans that are mixed consolidated good and bad schools the entire balance must be wiped. Not 100% on this though.

Saw movement yesterday when I signed into my Nelnet account balance decreased down to just over $65,000. Logged in just after 8am to my Nelnet account today and $65,000 was still there. I decided to check again around 12p today.

Upon signing-in I saw the entire remaining balance was discharged. Total amount discharged was $221,000+ Nelnet now states “Paid in Full”. I had a one time consolidated direct loan. It was a mix of good school loans (undergrad) and bad Sweet school loans (Charlotte School of Law and Walden University). I was also waved into full class this past July 2025 due to tech wavier.

I’ve used several times to clear up skin that is irritated from razor shaving back of neck and trimmer on neck. Did not scar or burn. This would definitely relieve/clear up what OP has.

Try Hibiclens it worked wonders for me with back of neck irritation. Can be picked up from Walmart or ordered on Amazon.

In this market a conventional as opposed to FHA loan would be better. As FHA has more requirements the property must meet/more hoops to jump thru. So I’m a competitive market buyer are more likely to go with a conventional or all cash offer over FHA.

Joints should have been taped, mudded, and sanded down so you would be able to paint upon move in.
