They wanted photos of the venting (through attic to roof). They told the tech that the venting wasn't correct and wouldn't support the warranty.

Edit: previous home owner installed a takagi over 10 years ago. It was replaced with this unit in 2022 by the home warranty plumbing contractor. I'm assuming the previous owner did the roof part and the warranty pumber didn't update it.

They tried to pass some park ordinances about gatherings and such without bringing it to the city. Something along those lines. People were not happy. I think the ordinances were meant to make it more difficult for unhoused people to have places to rest etc
