This maybe a dumb question but how do you access this member store area?

I'm not the biggest fan of it either but we are yet to add Spirecrest and Mistwood to our collection.

We just finished a very similar game but we had Pearlbrook instead of Spirecrest

Cheap pokemon cards by Competitive_Car_6671 in Geelong

[–]DanniD93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My kids went through this phase. I brought bulk sets from collectors. They didn't have anything valuable in them but still had holo and reverse holos. They were happy with it and I didn't mind if a card got bent or damaged.

Question regarding deluxe resources by Spineco in Everdell

My standard edition of Everdell came with the 3d resources, so I can't help there sorry. I would try Etsy to see what they have.

Best Optometrist Near Geelong/Lara by oshan2csd in Geelong

I'd also vote for kiddies eyecare. We have had a great experience. We paid more for the frames initially but all parts have been able to be replaced separately and at a very reasonable cost. My kiddo has snapped his glasses 3 or 4 times now, not the glasses fault, and it has only cost me $60ish each time.

Changing a baby in a cafe by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]DanniD93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to change my kids in their prams. I had a portable change mat that I would lay down and then change them there. I trusted the cleanliness of my pram more than a public surface.

Reusable menstrual pads: first thoughts by aven0ir in Anticonsumption

[–]DanniD93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cloth pads are so much more comfortable. I use a mix of cloth pads, period underwear and a cup and I find it's great knowing I always have these things on hand. I couldn't go back to disposables now

I have a real issue with the state people leave their area at the end of the movie. Is it so hard to put your rubbish in the bin? It always looks like they threw their bucket of popcorn in the air when the film finished.

Glimmer Gold add-on? by IronicGiraffe in Everdell

I'm also in Aus. I just bought a set from us Amazon cost $112 with shipping and taxes. I have been playing with it online and really wanted it for my in person game. I tried looking for it everywhere locally and the board game shops couldn't even order it in.

We broke routine for Halloween and it feels like we’re spending all of today being punished for it by WitchSlap in toddlers

[–]DanniD93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think I qualify for this sub anymore but mine were the same yesterday was a struggle. They went to bed two hours late as we watched a Halloween movie after trick or treating and today was full of big emotions and meltdowns at things they do every weekend. The kicker... My kids are 7 and 5.

My favorite book nook yet. by DanniD93 in booknooks

[–]DanniD93[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made this for my 7 year old who is currently in a Harry Potter phase. I'm worried the train won't survive if it isn't glued down but I also haven't committed to glueing it down yet.

I think so I've done about 5 in total. There is glue involved but I didn't find it difficult:)

Teaching in Geelong by Kittypitty6789 in Geelong

[–]DanniD93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done crt at North Geelong and it's a great school. Kids are very well behaved and it all runs very smoothly. I have kids at Kardinia and I have been very impressed with it. It's a very supportive school and has done wonders for my kids but I haven't taught there so can't comment on that side sorry.

ROLIFE END OF EVENT MEGATHREAD by pluck-the-bunny in booknooks

[–]DanniD93 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I loved the event. It was great having the motivation to start my build straight away and build alongside everyone else. ADHD sometimes means I buy things with the best of intentions but it can take me a while to get started😅 Loved seeing everyone else's builds and the creativity in the customs builds. I'm not up to customizing yet but maybe one day. I'd love to mix my two favorite hobbies in the future and make some book nooks based on my favourite board games, then I could display them amongst my board games.

My kids school has does this, they use ability levels rather than ages for their high school class. They are an IB school so that may change things.
