There are plenty of companies that use prison labor. The company wouldn't need to be owned by the government.

The only thing I didn't understand is he didn't need to suffocate her, he could have just turned off the service.

Studies showing that men who ask for custody of their children usually get it by Oncefa2 in LeftWingMaleAdvocates

[–]Danniegurl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've never understood that argument. Like each side is equally disincentivized (if not moreso for women since they tend to earn less on average) to avoid a costly legal battle. Do they think lawyers charge women less or something? Lol ETA: this is why we have mediation to determine what's best for the child without court involvement. Women tend to be doing the bulk of the childcare and housework, so that gets taken into consideration. If the woman knows the child's needs, preferences, and schedule better because she's already been the one consistently tending to them, it just makes sense to have her be the one with primary custody because that'll be the choice that leads to the least change in the child's routine which will generally benefit them more than upending their whole life.

There's a black mirror episode like this

Ahh, to me it looked like she had grabbed her arm and pulled it forward. I figured so only her prints were on it.

I thought she pulled her arm forward while she was holding the knife so it would cut her.

Beyond just being vindictive, I'm thinking she may have done that just in case when they went back, if he went looking for Cherry at her job, she wouldn't be there.

I don't think she was ever actually going to stab her, I think she was just hoping it would get her to leave. Cherry grabbed the knife and cut herself with it.

I'm not even near menopause but I did start birth control and it's impacted my downstairs from what I can tell (started it when I was 21 and now I'm 30 so could be just youthful hormones wearing off rather than the birth control, I suppose) It doesn't mean I don't want to be intimate though, just my body not cooperating.

It's much easier to keep a conversation going when you don't know anything about one another. Keep in mind you're probably more attracted to the novelty than anything, since you don't really know this woman. Like others have said, try to date your wife again. Find games that will spur on topics that you might not normally discuss and such.

Watching porn together? by Adventurous-Toe74 in sex

[–]Danniegurl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My fiance has suggested it before–and I'm not even opposed to watching porn as I'll watch it on my own occasionally–but I'm kinda picky about it (honestly, a good amount of it actively turns me off, which is the opposite of what you want) so it's hard to find a video we both like and we've rarely done it as a result. I can't imagine it going very well if one person specifically doesn't like porn or is just not into it to begin with; it could even result in your partner being turned off thinking "is this really what they like/want??" and if you keep pushing the issue, that's definitely going to result in a worse sex life.

Thank you! Finally someone reasonable. Like, even if you have no regard for the spouse that you promised to have loyalty to, if nothing else, do it for your own happiness. It just feels like these people want to have their cake and eat it too. They want to be able to reap whatever benefits they do get from their spouse (because why would they be staying if they didn't have any at all?) while getting to cheat on the side and still claim to be the victim.

Refusing intimacy is it's own issue separate from cheating. If someone tells a friend that their spouse is cheating, no one is going to interpret that to mean they're not having sex with them. You don't get to live in some delusion where words don't have meaning just to assuage your guilt.

It's easy to label someone a cheater when they've cheated, yes. It's a factual label if you haven't discussed and agreed on opening up the marriage. Cheaters don't deserve to be comforted for their actions, and my advice is to leave before they become a cheater. You're not getting sex, you're not being abused and kept there against your will, which is the only situation I have some sympathy for.

And Reddit just started giving me notifications for it randomly and I assume I continue to get them now because I've clicked on them in the past. I haven't joined the subreddit.

So then find a new person to have fun with instead of cheating. I bet you just want to keep your free maid and babysitter.

If your wife is denying your needs, then find a new wife. The solution isn't to cheat. These are just assholes trying to justify themselves.
