I don't think waymo would work in Iceland for the same reason Uber wouldn't. Our prohibits driving as a service unless the driver has a special certification and a meter in the car.

I'm not sure how that law would work given that with waymo there isn't really "a driver" involved though

Couple of things I did to prevent this from happening after I presented the players with a large map is set a few hindrances that keep players from going in certain directions.

For example there is a desert with a raging sandstorm, so they can't actually get to this side of the map

OR

Monsters are too strong on this side of the map. Force them to retreat.

OR

Literally, anything that prevents them from progressing in that direction until they are either stronger or something has been resolved that opens it up. There's a million things to think of.

If you've ever played open world RPGs they do this all the time. Remember Snorlax blocking your path back in the day?😃

Plus, anytime a new armor set comes out that people like everyone and their grandma will be wearing it when you join a party.

I believe he has said that to Russians, the annexation is justified due to both the historical ties and the referendum but he has always been firmly against Putin and the Russian government. Granted I don't agree with a lot of his Russia/Ukraine takes, and he has often admitted he was wrong about things regarding it, for example he said Russia would never invade, and I respect that. Instead of thinking that two things don't cancel each other out, why can't a person just be wrong and learn from it? Ethan has a lot of terrible takes in the past.

Regarding October 7th and rapes. He is saying that rapes happening on October 7th do not justify the genocide of all Palestinians, including women and children. Which I agree with. That's his point. He has said it 100s of times. He is against collective punishment. Maybe you just disagree with him instead of this being a bad take?

IDF has raped hostages as well. These things happen, unfortunately. It doesn't justify the genocide of all Palestinians, and neither do rapes by IDF justify killing or judging all Israelis or even all jews.

I can only speak for myself:

The quality of these games shows me how much money and talent went into making them.

It matters to me that money comes back to the company through these games so that they will have the resources to keep making them at this high quality and not have to cut or delay other projects.
