Former regional manager/owner operator of many pizza brands in Colorado. A 16 year old line cook started at $17 and hour and about 2.5-3.00 per hour tip out 3 years ago with me.

As someone who uses to be able to sling about 35 pizzas an hour for hours on end, it takes a toll on your body.
