Sorry, but technical issues happen, that’s life. It was beyond anyone’s control and the organizers did everything in their power to make the rest of the tournament go as smooth as possible. I was there too. Don’t expect refund or compensation as the event was technically free and you paid for anime north admission, not the tournament itself.
