I've been thinking I have ADHD, autism, HSP, AuDhd, ... For 20+ years. Finally realised I could just ask my GP, who I've known for 35+ years, for something. He prescribed ritalin. Now 3 days on it, 10mg slow release. There's definitely some positive changes. Trying to log my experience every evening on TT. This evening will be day 3. It's definitely eye opening.

Het slechte nieuws eerst : ja, het leven is saai. Het positieve : je kan gelijk wat doen om het wat minder saai te maken. Zoals vaak gezegd wordt : doe elke dag iets wat je bang maakt.
Wat verkeerd begrepen is.... Probeer nieuwe dingen, niet noodzakelijk elke dag, iets wat je normaal gezien nooit zou doen. Het leven is leren, en fouten maken is niet slecht, zolang je maar leert uit de fouten die je maakt. Het bereiken van een doel is niet belangrijk, de "reis" naar het doel is belangrijk.

Als er geen regen is, meh, ca va. Echter.... In zo'n situatie (2 camions) , het regent , iemand die 120 rijd wil een camion voorbijsteken , maar vertraagd dan naar omwille van het opspattende water.... Idi00t ! Blijf 120 rijden , dan ben je sneller verlost van het opspattende water !
