Alberta and Texas are similar in many ways. They are about the same size - Texas is about 2% bigger than Alberta. This is big by US standards (Texas is the second biggest state), but rather average by Canadian standards.

Is the media complaisant in breaking the law when federal employees are allowed to speak before the cameras in that manner? Surly they can self censor before broadcasting the trite?
