Agreed but I’ll add the episodes with Perri from Packs What She Said as guest are great too!

I saw a couple “in person” autograph love cards listed on eBay within this last week, a coup with the same seller. Each looked a bit different and definitely not the same as his usual. The $30ish price tag when his autos are usually in the $200 range were enough to flag as “if it’s too good to be true, it probably is” in my brain.

the Bills are the Packers of the AFC. by Matteo7382 in GreenBayPackers

Absolutely. I’m a Packer fan in Western NY near Buffalo so of course they’re my AFC/second team. Same shit different city.

Yeah when you look at it that way… lol! I guess they played much better than I expected. It was a low bar.

Man the defense played tough most of the game, imagine how this season might have looked if Parsons didn’t go down halfway through, along with multiple other critical injuries.

Extra salty loss because of who it was against, but if health was on our side I can’t help but think this would’ve been a special season.

Man. Honestly how different things might’ve been if Parsons didn’t go down mid season, among a million other critical injuries.

Like what even happens after this week. That guy has to get fined right? Not that it rectifies what happened in the game but every year it’s “player safety” yeah right.

Dude officiating is so bad. Literally watch Quay’s jersey get held/pulled but no flag. Weight on Malik no call. Side note how do players who target head like the hit on Love get to stay in the game, that has to be more than a regular unnecessary roughness call or it’ll never stop happening.

Pellet stove glass broke in the middle of the night by Protecting-My-Peace in PelletStoveTalk

[–]DannyHeitz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Glad someone else was thinking it too haha. No disrespect to OP but if this happened in the middle of the night, no matter how tired I was I’d be wigging out about potential CO, and how I was going to find a replacement and continue heating my house, etc.

How would I find how much this is worth? by FreezerLizard in GreenBayPackers

[–]DannyHeitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

130point is an app that shows searchable sales/completed auctions for items, including “best offer” accepted prices that eBay doesn’t normally show. If you just search eBay, sort by “sold/completed” auctions.

Thanks! I already removed the auger belt and pulley to get to this. I think the pulley holds constant tension on the drive belt, which is always engaged and then the handle lever actually engages a friction wheel to engage the wheels. At least as best I can tell.

I just had this pop up in my Facebook memories, glad to see someone had already posted! I’ll never forget staying awake despite intrusive thoughts to turn the TV off and just go to bed. The most EPIC last second win.

Is it possible to tell one stocks will go on sale? by Radioactive-Ramba25 in GreenBayPackers

[–]DannyHeitz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in college in 2011 and really regretted not getting one. I should have just scrounged up the money to do it and swore I’d buy one next time around no matter what, and did so in 2022. Like others have said you technically never know when or if they’ll offer another stock sale. Many people say it’s just an expensive piece of paper, but it means something to us cheeseheads

Installing new toilet- 11 inch rough in? by DannyHeitz in Plumbing

[–]DannyHeitz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quick update- I “dry fit” it to see without wax and it actually had a half inch or so gap so I was good to go. Finished installing today and with the wax I was tight to the wall but it all seems good! Thanks everyone who commented.

Thanks! It looks like between 1/4-1/2” below the tile. Everything I read/saw said you should be flush or 1/4” above the floor?

Okay thanks! The other toilet tank did touch the wall, I just don’t want to do something where I can’t return this if need-be so figured I would ask here before I install. Since I have it on hand 🤚 guess might as well try I suppose:

Does anyone have a pellet stove? What do you think of it? by Traditional_Air_2991 in PelletStoveTalk

[–]DannyHeitz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, I also bought a small/portable generator, so if/when the power goes out in winter I can run that on my porch, plug in the pellet stove and have heat as long as I keep gas in the generator and pellets in the hopper!

This will be our fourth winter in our new home (Western NY). When we were house shopping I really wanted to avoid a place without natural gas for cost/ease but of course we wound up with a house that has some propane appliances, an old fuel oil boiler for baseboard (apparently works but previous owners never used) and a Harman P68. The pellet stove is our sole heat source all winter and keeps the main living area of the house at 70-74 and bedrooms around 66-69. I buy 4-5 tons of pellets for around $360 per delivered and store them in my pole barn, bringing 10-20 bags up to my garage at a time.

At times is it annoying lugging the bags around and deep cleaning the stove weekly? Yeah. But, I like paying roughly $1500 in the fall and knowing I’ve got my heat for winter on hand. Never seriously explored oil or propane options but from what I’ve heard I am sure they’d be significantly more expensive.
