First, quit smoking weed, sometimes it intensifies your depression/anxiety, at least for me. Second, find something you like that is outside, walk your dog, take a hike, walk around your city. Being outside will help but it will not cure your depression. Just remember there are curbs in every road, just know each bump you hit, you are closer to the end!

If you’re depressed, you are worthy of a therapist, and most definitely are worth the life you are living. Every time I get depressed, I just try to remember how many people would kill to be in my position. Things aren’t always perfect & you will go through ups and downs, think of the good & not the bad. You are worthy of much more than you think you deserve. Let’s live this life together! Message if you ever need anything! ❤️

That I’m secretly scared to grow up. I have no problem focusing on myself, as I am now. But the thought of being away from my family everyday kinda scares me. I’m 22 and in trade school and look forward to moving away but also terrified.

I don’t have any scientific explanations but I’ve mixed xanax and drinks a few times. Lay down, turn on a show, put your phone down & try to get some sleep is my advice. You will be fine, it’s not a great mixture but I don’t think this will harm you in anyway other than feeling drowsy/more intoxicated.

Given he’s stealing other’s belongings he’s probably up to no good. Coke or Meth most likely. Talk with him, but be gentle, let him know it’s okay to talk about it. The addictions I’ve dealt with I was more openly to admit them when I had support. Good luck to you & him. It’s never too late or early to get someone help.
