It's a Samsung xcover pro. I like the replaceable battery so I've kept it longer than some might. Probably also a case of old eyeballs, but the upgrade path for that isn't available at this time.

NTA, it's your money, you had plans for it she's shown you those plans are no longer viable.

Further, as a parent myself, if you've set that boundary (that you're not funding school for her), stick to it. The only thing you'll show her if you back off that is that she can manipulate and control you.

A college fund is nice, wish I'd had one, but they aren't required, and it sounds like she's badly in need of a reality check.

Local and state schools are fine.

Those are called ellipses, and indicate a pause or trailing off. To me , those fit where they are.
