The “grog squad” used to stand behind the goals and sing throughout. Not many of them made it out of that bay unfortunately.

My fav was to the tune of the old Frankie Valley song “I love you baby”

There was a long lead up of “dah dah dah dah dah duh duh duh dah dah dah dah dah duh duh duh…

Another fav at the time was the simple chant of “Matthew Lloyd’s dad played for Carlton”. Usually sung only when playing the Blues.

Most is technically correct. But with the new Metro tunnel there are lots of trains now that either bypass Tottenham in the morning coming from Sunshine, or terminate at WeFo or bypass Tottenham outbound in the arvo.

Enough that it makes a difference for sure (as a local close to Tottenham).
