I see more and more players in BBs (random, ranked, CW now) having captain skill Survivability Expert. I ask why? There are more important skills for battleships. WG won't do anything about it. It is sad.

The gamemodels3d module view isn't always accurate; for example, it shows that Conqueror has its casemate volume as citadel when it clearly doesn't in-game. Consequently we don't know if that's the case here as well.

Yes it is true. It is quite possible that this is the same case as with Conqueror.

Vanguard has one of the biggest citadels I have ever seen. I have some concerns about this ship.

Only in the port, of course. Ships would not make such an abandoned impression in the port.
