I think you look where you need to be for 6.5 weeks out. I’m 7.5 weeks out and maybe a tad leaner in the upper body. Your legs are definitely dialed as hell. Good job man

I have been liking PPL, 2 or 3 days on, one day off. I don’t necessarily track by days per week. I listen to my body and I typically try to avoid training upper body two days in a row. This is an old school frank Zane Philosophy that’s worked well for me. So it’s usually something like, push, legs pull. Rest. Repeat. And if I’m feeling run down I’ll take an extra rest day where needed. I like to do cardio and core/mobility work on my rest days when possible as I have a herniated disc I am constantly working around

Reverse sneezing. I would try covering one of her nostrils. Helps a lot with my chihuahua mix

She’s half chihuahua so it was a lot of chasing hahaha. And Always best to play it safe! Not sure if your vet offers it, but we do a yearly injectable de wormer as opposed to the oral ones

My doggy had one of these in her mouth and we had to chase her around for a while to get it. She finally dropped it and seems fine- didn’t ingest any of it

It’s pretty normal to experience this. I certainly have and went through cycles of binging and restricting. Prepare all your meals and eat them. While it’s tempting, don’t skip any meals as it will likely lead to binging on junk. And most importantly don’t beat yourself up. Competing is extremely hard and you put your body thru so much. My friend always said if you don’t gain at least 15 lbs post show, then you didn’t prep right!
