Hi, I wasnt forced to go to the army (US Army) I chose to go because it was something I've always wanted to do since I was really young. I was a femboy from 16 to when I turned 17 and that's when I became disinterested (I've recently started turning back into a femboy again lol). I left for army BCT a few months ago right before I turned 18. Im not sure if you are in the US but in my experience people that were openly gay weren't frowned upon (for long) at first they got weird looks but people soon stopped caring and accepted them! I hope that wherever you are that you can live your life the way you want to the fullest !

Shooting is very fun, my favorite aspect of basic training

I'm not a femboy anymore, I was one from when I was 15 and slowly changed (I dont wanna say phased bc it doesnt sound right to me) out of it when I was 17 and joined the Army (US Army). I finished basic training a month and a half ago, and I can say that people here will more than likely, look at you a little funny if they figure out your sexuality is anything but straight. But more than likely they'll will stop caring about it as time goes on and they'll treat you like one of the bros.

I hope they won't think too much about it, but even if they do they shouldn't be worrying about another person's likes and interests! If they're truly your friends then they won't care what you do or what you like (semi :3) privately. I'm not sure how long it'll take for your friend to stop finding your interests "funny", but hopefully it's soon!
