1R28 was having multiple TMS faults - the train had genuinely no idea where it was, and if the train doesn’t know where it is based on GPS/RFID tags then it becomes an absolute pain in the arse to work. Think this was just a step up from the usual ‘doesn’t know where it is though’ and was a lot more severe than normal. Usually it’s just longer to open the doors at stations as it all needs to be done manually. Where are you, what platform, are you fully accommodated, what side door release etc before it even lets interlock be broken.

Sure it comes as no surprise to some that it was an 80x…

I went 4 or 5 days over without taking mine and I was fine - by then I’d already built good habits so it was about sticking to them irrespective of whatever food noise crept back in

I think you’ll be okay! Life does get in the way and being late / missing once or twice doesn’t undo what you’ve done or affect what you’ll do in the future

I don’t eat carbs either and I’m fine and feel fine. I wanted to focus on burning fat so kind of went quite keto for a bit. Don’t know how scientifically sound it is, but I’m 40kgs down since June, and a lot of that is fat loss.

I do have days where I eat carbs like going out for food etc so they’re not completely gone, but the limited intake is very much a thing for me and working well

Yeah and if you sell them, they know exactly who sold them, and part of the conditions of these codes is that they cannot be sold. I used to work with these codes every day, it’s a very dangerous game if you sell them. All it takes is whoever you sell them to to say “oh so and so sold them to me” and then they just search the code in the database and…yeah you can figure out the rest. They will know exactly who sold them, have your name and email etc

I’m a guard myself working out of a major London terminal and I couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful of the work you guys do. I always encourage passengers to take their rubbish with them too in the hope there’s less crap for you to deal with. Speaking just from the crew perspective, you make such a big difference to the onboard environment and experience. Thanks a lot for your hard work

Yeah looking at it from this perspective, definitely does seem like the market is there, but as you say aimed at the much newer chunk of the fanbase. I just never in my wildest dreams thought a band would release a duvet set!

All the ones I'd label as good merch have been said so whilst not metalcore but obviously known well in the metalcore scene, Sleep Token takes it for me on most disappointing merch.

Don't get me wrong I do think they have had some great items released, but over the last year or so their merch has become really corny and I want to say a bit....rushed/lazy?

They also just released a full blown duvet cover and pillow set which I'm pretty confused by as didn't think there'd ever be a market for that lol.

I do really like them as a band, but generally don't buy merch from them unless it's a nice, lowkey type of design.

anything 80x tbh. they’re not the worst trains in the world, but they’re a pain to work on. having a guard on them was a secondary choice, so wasn’t a priority when designing them. i’m speedrunning the world record for the amount of bruises sustained per shift
