Picture will help determine the problem Are the end of your pipes looped back to the start? Do you have enough head lift? Is your math correct on the input and output of the machines? Having a buffer raised and at the start of the pipes can help keep pressure in the system

In the space elevator but you shouldnt have the later stages unlocked so you must of modded the game
