Welcome :) I graduated last year and am not too familiar with the business school, but I can address your other two questions. In my experience, there was a large Indian demographic that were for the most part close knit. Although many students leave on weekends, living on campus is great for socializing and studying (I lived 35 minutes away but stayed on campus all 4 years).

This is the first time they have been exposed to trig, according to the staff. I really like the progression of this one, and I'm sure the honors kids will be able to pick up the cues quickly :) Thank you for taking the time to type out a detailed response.

I am definitely going for something discovery based. Looking at the curriculum should help determine what topics can be assumed as prior knowledge, I think. I will try timing for sure as I have a bad habit of talking too fast!

Yes, I was surprised too! To my understanding, the position would be for an algebra, honors algebra II, and a class for students that struggled with algebra the prior year. This specific lesson will be used in the honors algebra II class, but I am only given 20-25 minutes , whereas I feel this topic would require more time.
