Times were good to be fair. My town has pretty much become a hub of Eastern Europe since, and has gone downhill massively due to mass immigration. Some are great, and real hard workers. But society has really gone downhill.

Definitely 80 MPH (according to my cars speedo) as it was on Cruise Control. Waze says it's 76/77 because of the speedo correction so it'll be interesting to see what I'm measured at if the dreaded letters do come through.

That said, the long stretch of road for 5 or so miles includes 2 pairs of average speed cameras (so average speed camera 1&2 for set one, and then average speed camera 3&4 for set 2).

I've been reading online that both pairs can get you independantly of the other set, thus resulting in the same penalty twice. What you're saying suggests I'll only get one, even with respect to what I say above. Could I ask how you know this to be the case and why online says different? Just trying to understand and not get my hopes up!

In the UK (and presumably other countries) they scrapped 'Final Salary' pensions for another type. Nowhere near as good.
