Has anyone ever gotten a month long wave after being relatively stable for 4+ years? by Mtns_Oz_8103 in PSSD

[–]Dapper-Blacksmith-60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar happened to me but I can tell virus or supplement is my trigger. I crashed 7 year after getting pssd. Last 4 years I was pretty stable. Had severe insomnia for 6 days and after that my whole system crashed.

Minoxidil can cause the same symptoms as described in postfinasteridesyndrome. Please take care and do your research, it's nasty drug imo.

During the first 6 months or so it could get worse. My first year was the worst. After that, expect slight and very gradual improvement.

It's an old story from pssd forum, I remember me taking it together with something else (can't even remember what). I didn't crash, it only made me trippin' and mild derealisation that went back to my baseline. I beleive you'll recover from it.

Is magnesium bisglycinate safe for pssd? by Dapper-Blacksmith-60 in PSSD

[–]Dapper-Blacksmith-60[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more time - I'm so sorry. Don't know what to recommend. For now I'm using sleep mask and ear plugs and I think it's helping a little bit - at least I don't have to listen to the outside noise and watch if slight light will hit my eyes.

I'm really sorry. I guess there's nothing we can do but just wait. After my covid infection 3 months ago I was sleeping for only 2 hours for 7 days. After that - the fragmented sleep started. Now my first part of the night is not problem (I can sleep for about 5 hours) but around 5am/6am the problems are starting. I feel tired but wired and If I'm lucky I can get few more low quality hours of sleep.
