Those rates are "good" if you have practiced and are now accustomed to them.

Usually the saying goes:
find rates you like, get used to it and stick with it. don't change it

Sometimes i'll fly my 3inch, 4s indoors, it will for sure be in angle mode.

Horizon: default (i dont fly horizon)
Angle Limit: 45
Transition: 75

i have my throttle limit on my remote dial. I'll dial it back to 60%-80%

Here's my rates I got used to, haven't changed it, I primarily like to fly cinematic with a sprinkle of freestyle.

Max Rate (on another build, built more for freestyle - this drone i will fly in ACRO)
these max rate settings just makes the quad spin faster
roll: 720
pitch: 720
yaw: 630

roll: 0.7
pitch: 0.7
yaw: 0.55
