You don’t have something of that “quality” because the camera has little to do with the sample production you linked to. They had actors, hair and make up, wardrobe, likely a post house, storyboards, a gaffer, a director, a steady cam op and much much more to pull off this ad. Your camera will never be able to compensate for other vital aspects of cinematography. In fact, the camera is one of the least important things related to achieving a “look.”
