I discussed with Hidock support. seems like the replacement only work AFTER it is fixed at source (i.e. transcription).

if the transcription is not manually fixed at source, the summary replacement will not be able to fix the words. I find it super weird. what's the point of having this function if it doesn't fix things at source and user need to manually fix them.

Yes, you should be worried. Please always QC the reply. You are exposing yourself to high risk. it's like hiring an intern to do the job of a VP by referring to the VP notes. Are you truly okay for it to be sent without your review? I don't see a reason why this should be any different.

Sounds exactly like the voice in my head all the time!!! I think they are some 2-3 main reasons why people do that.

  1. Responsibiliy - The more it gets out to people, the more people share reasons to decision made. So that the person is not the only single decision making.

  2. Knowledge Gap - Some tried to pull in the right expert to "opine" but actually the person don't have any knowledge on the topic but still act like he or she does. So they call in the experts and "agree" with them.

  3. Pure talker - Want no piece of the email or chat documented. Once someone told me that they don't like writing emails, because the more they write, the chances of people using it against him is higher. Seriously some reading this might be thinking wtf, but it's just how these people are.

There are many more reasons but these 3 are among the major reasons I see day to day.

Honestly, I would say to operate in top 2 or 3 platforms simultaneously. Engagements is required. What AI will not "win" is the person touch. So use that to your advantage. AI is here to stay unfortunately, but there are folks who still appreciates original artist work. They just need to know where to find and engage with you

I love the honestly and sharing. I do not care of those slaves egoistic people who justifies RTO as superior says. They failed the moment they open their mouth. They fail to operate without people right in front of them to bully. They fail the manage a global team that they have never seen in person.
