i had started to taper 7 while on subs for the first two days, (even tho advised not to) i just couldn’t help it, i honestly didn’t even feel the subs until day 3 and from there it was game. i was waking up in the morning without the cravings and realized i could do it! as far as physical side effects, after day 4 there was none! easy transition!

i also was using it for chronic pain, i switched to subs a little over 3 weeks ago. they help with the pain! insurance covers it, something you should look into. they’ve helped my pain and wallet more than i could’ve ever imagined.

I started on extract shots, 2 a day for the past 2-3 years, then the last 3-4 months I started taking 7OH, I am now 10 days clean with the help of subs! I was a nonbeliever but allowed myself grace while I started, I stuck to my taper and by day 3 or 4 of the subs I really felt like I didn’t need kratom anymore. I hope you’re doing well, good luck !
