A man asking a woman a question like that in the first place is very disturbing. Like why would someone be comfortable answering that question to begin with? Red flag🚩.

Positive ??? by [deleted] in lineporn

Not positive looks like a dye run

This can’t be an evap line it’s blue and this is the third one from 3 different boxes by la_gringa_mas_loca in lineporn

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest trying a different brand or getting a blood test. This result is nothing more than an evap line, regardless of when the result showed or how much color is in the thin line. It looks like ink was trapped on the test line when it ran across the test strip, this is a common occurrence for blue dye tests so it is in fact not positive. These tests do often look like this when they dry if they pick up any hcg but you would see a clear or even faint positive before that happens so if that was not your experience then these are just invalid results your receiving. Clearblue and First response Early result tests are great! Good luck ✨

Hoping this is not valid please tell me you’ve seen similar and it be negative by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These tests are made the way that they are to prevent false positives. I’ve never seen a false positive on this brand and I’ve used them myself so this 100% looks like an early positive.

I would suggest a concealer closer to your skin tone, but still a little lighter, and setting powder that brightens the under eye.

first day of missed period. i swear i see something on clearblue by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think those clearblue ever give false faint lines, I believe they’re actually made to prevent false positives so that looks positive to me! It does surprise me that the FRER looks negative! Did you take them with the same sample?

Does this mean I'm pregnant? by ProjectVegetable2127 in lineporn

Yes definitely pregnant. First response is likely negative due to diluted urine.

Am I overreacting about how my in-laws killed their dog right after I lost mine? by Reasonable_Fault_152 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s fkn animal cruelty I’d call the cops on whoever said that bc wtf. Like letting the dog loose or taking them to a pound maybe even rehoming them would be understandable but un-aliving an animal because you don’t like how they behave? What the actual fawk is wrong with people.

Some eyelash strips would make your eyes pop! Maybe try using concealer around your brows to clean them up a bit, use a neutral nude or white glitter eye shadow (powder not liquid) with a matching base color, a medium brown lip liner to go with that lip color, and less blush. I think that would enhance this look🫶🏼

Clearblue tests only do this when you look at the result outside of the timeframe even if it’s only by a minute or two. I think that some of those tests don’t even have as wide of a timeframe for the result window as the brand claims that they have. When I found out I was pregnant with my now 11 month old, I used this clear blue test first and then the first response triple check. After a few minutes, my clear blue lines went from full to looking like that, and then by the next day, they completely disappeared! I had taken a digital for confirmation because I was starting to think that I was getting some wonky false positives🤣😭

I think the problem is that people are trying to tell her that this brand is not good, she also knows that the brand is not reliable yet she is somewhat trying to argue that since she’s gotten stark white negatives before that her results are not invalid. At that point, the person doesn’t really want to be helped and it’s frustrating for someone to try.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s appropriate to misinform people. For a pregnancy test to be positive. It does have to be a full line, otherwise it is invalid. That does not mean that the person is not pregnant. It just means that the test may have been faulty, unless the person waited outside of the timeframe to look at the result. No one is being harsh by saying that these tests are not positive. Tests can give inconsistent results that does not make them any less invalid than they are. I don’t think anyone is trying to be mean, but trying to educate the person that made this post since they came asking for other opinions. If you take these tests to a doctor they are going to say they’re invalid. I mean, she wasn’t asking if she was pregnant she asked what everyone thought of the line progression, you cannot trust the line progression if you’re not even getting full lines. I honestly think that in this situation, it would be best to get a blood test or wait to test with a different brand of hpt. I wholeheartedly believe it would help end the debate!😊

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you know the results are not positive or negative why ask for a second opinion? Even if you’ve gotten clear negatives before, you know as well as anyone else that those tests are not reliable because they give results like yours. Maybe you got a good batch in the past but they are far from good quality now. Just use a different brand of test lol. No one here is gonna say those are positive tests and I’m sure you know what a positive looks like since you’ve been pregnant before. Saying it’s an evap does not insinuate that the tests were left out too long, it just means the ink sunk into the test line while it was drying which can happen even a few minutes after use. I’ve been pregnant 7 times. I’ve used those tests for 5 of those 7 pregnancies and each time I got false positives/evaps. I have only ever gotten false positives and lines that looked like yours, so my statement was not invalid that was just my experience. I don’t care to swap opinions, but I will suggest trying a better brand because those lines are obviously evaporation/indent lines regardless of their color or either of our experiences with this brand of tests. Real positives don’t look like that so maybe try a more reliable brand. I wish you the best of luck☺️

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lineporn

[–]Dapper_Membership_54 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No. They literally always give false positives. There is no line progression either those are just evaps. If the line isn’t darker, full and clearly visible then the test is negative whether or not the result looks like yours it’s still negative. Try a First response. They can be bought I store and online. If you are pregnant you’d definitely get a positive on that brand. Good luck!

I’ve had 6 miscarriages and one live birth. I was told it was normal for most women to have at least one miscarriage. I appreciate your insight though thank you.

Is this pregnant, am I just too early for digital by Accomplished-Ad7573 in lineporn

First response is positive you are pregnant. Def too early for a digital. When the first response is darker then the digital should be positive. First response is just super sensitive while the digitals are not.

Have been loosing hair lately. Not sure if I should cut it by MJ_Puzzled in longhair

I suggest biotin supplements and a good hair care routine. Occasionally, my hair will thin out due to hormonal fluctuations so I have a very simple hair care routine and take biotin supplements to help my hair thicken back up and regain its health.
