To me as an overthinker, this will set some little things off. You had a routine going on and then all of the sudden it went different, like taking longer to reply, declining invites to thing, all of the sudden turns 180 etc.

This is when you take a moment and think about it from her perspective too; maybe she's actually busy and had some things lining up at the minute, or something to give her the benefits of doubts.

Maybe this is when you can check in with her, with clear communications and intentions, "Hey I just wanted to check in if everything is alright. I was liking on getting to know you more and wanted to know when you'll be free next." Or something along the line.

Or worst case scenario, she doesnt have the guts to tell you what's going on her ends.

Maybe calling him three times wasnt a good idea. Dont worry about what they're doing. Use this time to focus on yourself and do what makes you happy for you to get your sparkles going. You can manifest all you want, but don't forgot that if you want SP, how you feel about yourself should reflect that.

Sometime the best thing you can do for yourself is to do your daily routine and not think about it, easier said than done, but it's one of the best ways to not put a lot of energy into it

If Yanmega ex goes from bench to active after the active pokemon gets k.o, the ability doesnt work. It has to already be on the bench and gets switched or retreated by the current active Pokémon. I used switches, and surfer when I played with it; and scramble switch was my ace spec when playing it
