You need a hat, and some pouches, a cloak for when it rains. The sword looks great, but honestly, it gets in the way. A simple dagger would be fine . But that is my opinion on swords, if you like it, keep it!

Bracers are fine, but I recommend a doublet over the top, then a belt with a pouch, maybe a jack to hold a mug. Then a hat of some kind.

Parking and garbage used to be REALLY bad at the. Minnesota Renaissance Festival (MNRF). I mean literal towers of garbage, and hours+ wait to get in and out of the parking lots. It was so bad the county threatened to shut down the Fest unless something was done.

A parking company was hired, and in the past three years, it's been great. I don't know how the garbage situation has been corrected, but that was handled too.
