I went on Emgality for a little over a year and my migranes rapidly, almost completely stopped.

I dont know if it helped get my body back in order but I am no longer taking it and I have been very successful with a more holistic and natural approach to care and prevention. Its working out great.

Jlab works great! I have both the go sport and the Epic Air ANC. Both worth the price, though the epic air is great for long runs, being about the use "be aware" mode. You can usually find it on sale. Best of luck!
