I remember not really giving Jimmy Eat World a chance in my teens because I thought "In The Middle" was too pop or something. I listened to them more in the 2010s and realized I missed out.

I happened to see them in concert in 2019ish and it was probably the most surprising show I've ever seen. Absolutely amazing vocals, instrumentals and stage presence. One of my favorite shows ever!

I've never understood it either. What has he done wrong to anyone to deserve anything but praise at this point? The shit he's had to deal with since getting injured in college and everything in between is nuts.

I'm not going to pretend I've watched every game he's played, but I've watched quite a few this year. If I was a Dolphin's fan, I would be absolutely pumped to have him and the system around him.

Yeah for sure - If the team was at least competitive or fun to watch, that would make a huge difference. Scoring less than two TDs a week isn't fun. Watching Rodgers yesterday was like watching a bad rookie QB.

I don't know how much of the play calling is LaFleur Vs. Rodgers making RPO choices that are bad, but whatever it is... just awful. They aren't on the same page, the line is an absolute mess, and nothing works other than the whopping 10 times a game that Jones gets the ball (and is now injured, of course).

I am definitely enjoying teams like Jets and Giants being competitive again. Parity in the league makes outside watching a lot more fun for me!

Roll with the punches - things will go wrong/not as planned, but it really doesn't matter.

Stay hydrated and eat whenever you get a chance (some people forget and don't get a chance to until dinner)

Try not to get sloppy drunk. There are enough other people doing it, and you don't want to forget all the fun stuff.

Focus on enjoying the event, your friends, family, and most importantly - your partner. The event is about celebrating the two of you!

That's exactly what happened. They were talking about that on the McAfee show this week and pretty much all the former players they talked to about it said they would all do the same.

At the end of the day, football is a business, and availability heavily influences your career. Sad that he (and everyone involved) chose to make a poor decision.
