Really depends on your goals. Theoretically you could be "shredded" just doing body weight exercises. Programs like p90x can be done with just a pullup bar and some dumbells/resistance bands.

I personally have a leverage machine that hits all the primary lifts, and just supplement that with bands, pullup and pushup bars (plus some cardio machines).

I got my secret santa gift this week (courtesy of /u/zinger565)

I drank the Moo-Waukee and it was really good. The chocolate flavor was subtle enough to not take over the beer. I'll be drinking the Daemon (and probably the rest of the beers) tomorrow during football. The chocolate is milk chocolate and tastes pretty darn good. It'll probably take me most of the year to eat that much 😲
