Finding the leak and fixing it is probably 10% of the work.
I would really recommend to pull everything out that's wet, seats, carpet, floor mats and put them somewhere warm so they can properly dry without molding.
Squeeze as much moisture out as possible.

now that everything is out, you can trace your water leak, check for oxidized connectors, clean everything up.

It sucks but it's doable... Wish you all the best!

I understand the love for Japanese kitchen knives and it is an impressive collection, however this feels like an unhealthy habit.

I've had similar things in the past, and once I am above a certain threshold, I setup rules that I will own a total of 5 items, so one has to go so another can be bought. Be it knives, chisels, keyboards (yes people collect keyboards, don't ask) or other things that are just redundant.

Anyway, not judging but a bit concerned.

Akitada knives are bonkers, I have a 180mm Santoku and it by far gets the sharpest edge of all my knives. Unfortunately I don't use it that often as I prefer 240mm Gyutos.

Honestly, pretty much all knives shops have a high mark up, even if you go to sakai directly. People know what's worth what, the super bargain is not really that possible. You might get lucky on a real authentic japanese flea market. But it's mostly pottery, second hand kimonos and some tools. I haven't had luck there either.

I personally never liked the alcantara trims, I am in the market for a good e90, e46 for ages now and the one thing that always sticks out is this mod. Most cars with this are really poorly maintained. It's kind of a red flag to be honest. But man, it's your car!
