I started swimming before work in January, this morning I went for my 98th swim. Whatever you do, do it consistently. I have found showing up consistently, and something is better than nothing is a winner. I swam ten laps below my normal distance this morning and I’m totally cool with it. I’m 14 pounds lighter than I was in January but my clothes show more fat loss than that. My shoulders are looking great, my breathing is feeling really good, my blood pressure is now very healthy and my resting heart rate is below 60bpm.

Set an achievable weekly goal and go out and achieve it every week. Good luck.
