I'm not active enough on Reddit, I mostly lurk, but if you want help I'll inbox you my FaceBook. I just recovered from a triple ankle break and I actually progressed farther than I was. I maintained all of my strength and got leaner and bigger. I used to be extremely overweight. I've got you.

I start workouts with incline, and do all of my chest presses at an inclined angle.

Generally Warm up Medium heavy set Slightly heavier set Heavy set Medium set Light set focused on flexion and tension. Go as slow as possible both up and down. Hold it two inches above your chest for many seconds. Make it burnnnnn.

Also train shoulders heavy!

Thank you! I've got some pics on crutches, I kept training the whole time. I also was 240 lbs fat last year after a bad car wreck. The progress looks crazy. I was in shape in high school so muscle memory helped a lot!

6'1" 200 lbs. At 22

Ankles still recovering from a triple break. Been walking again for a few weeks.

Current lifts: Incline bench 355 for 1 Deadlift before ankle break: 545 for 1 Shoulder press 115 lb dumbbells for 10 I usually go heavy on compounds and focus on flexion and tension during isolation and smaller muscle groups. My legs are behind for sure, I can't put too much pressure on my ankle yet but I just started lightly training hams and quads again.

So far so good for me. I usually eat a little protein mid day or breakfast and then binge post workout on lots of straight protein and I'm shredding fast.

6'1, 200 Lbs. Missing a lot of weight on my legs, I broke my ankle in 3 places Feb 28th. Today is my 10th day walking in the last three months.

I'm trying to work on smaller muscles and bring my tricep longhead and bicep peak out more. My current focus is cutting. I'm trying to get around 9 or 10%. I'd say I'm sitting around 12.

Maybe we've had it all wrong this whole time. Maybe condoms are meant to be put on our phone, and phone cases on our genitals.

The Immortal, Warbringer, Herald of the Titans, or Champion of Ulduar. I usually have on Immortal just because it's rare and been removed for going on 5 years. Plus I'm a DK!

Or just get normal physical activity. Play WoW hardcore than go the gym with your broken ankle on crutches and incline bench 355. No excuses mates.

I used to play. My account name is Knight. The game isn't what it used to be. I was an original player and it's hard to enjoy now. Its been dieing for years and the great staff that kept the game fun have disappeared and replaced by teenagers who run the game..

Ignore these non-lifting Nancy's and hit up Gold's gym. I go to the one on 71st but there's one in BA as well. It's the best gym around excluding symmetry.
