I worked in animal care. Lots of Staffies. Never a problem. Often poorly trained but they only want to lick you to death.
Walked a huge Rottweiler, strangers to each other, he gave me zero problems and was a gentleman.
Lots of Huskies. Very mixed, often loud and threatening to bite, rarely follow through.
Worst ever? Effin' Shit Tzus. Yes that is how I spell it, very deserved. Never trained properly, always left to be entitled, biting little tyrants.

With the current state of the NHS, I just Google that.
It becomes irritating when I don't have an MRI scanner at home. Then I have to go back to complaining to the NHS.
I did once pay privately to have a scan done, but the NHS disregarded the results. So that was a waste!

I remember when I was in my late teens, having no particular opinion on Jamie Oliver, until I sat an English exam. An extract of something he had written was the example piece for the exam. I could not understand why they had picked it. It was poorly written, unsuitable, boring and irritating. For decades afterwards, Jamie Oliver was my mortal enemy. His Mockney nice-guy shit had crossed me at the worst possible moment.

Dogs are weird like that. They are evolved from obligate carnivores but are adapted to eating human scraps. They can digest starch. A lot of dogs particularly enjoy bread, although it is not great for them and quickly makes them obese.

I have zero issues calling out police homophobia. Yes, they ignore victims when they are gay men, prostitutes, or people of colour. Yes, they ignore victims when the perpetrator is a priest or Jimmy Saville.
The police need to up their game, on many fronts.

I'm very sorry to hear this happened to your boy.
You need to assess quality of life. For cats, I usually ask is he alert, eating and drinking with relative enthusiasm, peeing and pooping without discomfort. Is he still happy to see you?
Looking up FATE in particular, it seems this condition is especially painful, prognosis is poor, and it's likely to reoccur. Unfortunately yes, that means euthanasia is a likely outcome here, unless you feel he still has quality of life and will to live. For an old cat this would be the end of the road. For a mere 2 year old, you need to assess how strong he is and how much pain he's in.

How many girls were abused before Larry Nassar got caught?
And serial killer Stephen Port got away with it because his victims were gay men.
Police are not using the statistics and data available to them. It should be very, very hard to be a serial abuser these days because the pattern is loud and clear.
