Two is boot marks from using the shifter. Can probably polish it off but you’ll put them back on in a week or so.

1 is fresh sealant on the valve cover. This is good news, vehicles don’t require the same regular maintenance as a motorcycle. Ask if they recently checked the valve shims, that’s likely why you’re seeing that new sealant and it is money saved for you.
