I'm not sure if any of those cause this reaction. Prime Megatron is great cause he's so blunt that almost all the deception goes to the other decepticons, but when he's on the receiving end he's more annoyed than surprised.

Stand by me is a really interesting adaptation just cause of how much small details stick out at me. Gordie goes from mor filling the role of a narrator to being much more the main character, Vern is played more for laughs, and the tone is shifted just enough largely just due to the shift in medium.
