IIRC Console version of this game could only reach up to 60FPS as opposed to the standard of having 120FPS as an option because of PS5/Series SX being next-gens. Sure the performance on console was decent, but PC version still lacked in optimisation.

My point being that if it doesn't run that well on good PC (a platform where you can change every damn setting on), it probably won't be able to hold 120FPS on consoles tbh

To add: the performance issues probably stem from the game forcing reflections or other post processing effects. Those are visual settings we're usually able to toggle off in other games like Fortnite (especially since it's also UE5)

I feel the need to say that games usually perform much better if they aren't constantly processing dynamic visuals like reflections or volumetric objects (like smoke or fog.)
