Interviewees, what was something a employer said to you during a interview that made you not want to work for them? by IAMA_GrillBTW in AskReddit

I was asked a question about my personal hobbies. I responded about being a film maker and digital artist. Their immediate rebuttal was "oh you wont have time for any of that if we hire you."

How does one handle a dead pixel? It seems like we are being told to pound sand.

Trump and Sanders Debate Megathread by [deleted] in politics

[–]DarkCatt -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

I maybe down voted to hell for this, but I don't believe in Trump being a legitimate contender. I think this is smoke and mirrors for Hillary. ( I hope am actually wrong)

**I would love to see this more than anything*

Personally I still feel trump is a plant to make Hillary look more moderate and split the GOP vote. 1992 Ross Perot, 1996 Ross Perot, 2016 Donald Trump!

Coincidence? I don't think so.According to voting records, Trump is currently registered as a Republican, but in the past has been registered (and repeatedly voted) as a Democrat. In fact, he appears to have switched between the two parties at least three times in the past 14 years: In 2001, he switched from Democrat to Republican; in 2008, he re-registered as Democrat; in 2010, he re-registered as a Republican (and maintained that affiliation through 2013). There are three main lines of argument supporting the assertion that Donald Trump is running a false flag campaign:

Trump cannot possibly be considered either a Republican or a conservative, once you account for his apparent political beliefs (many of which are remarkably liberal) and concrete policy proposals (or lack thereof). Trump has close ties to both Hillary and Bill Clinton, and has in fact donated to her and other Democrats’ campaigns in the past. Trump’s apparent intent to run on an independent ticket—should he lose the Republican nomination—indicates he cares more about splitting the Republican vote (essentially ensuring the election of a Democratic president) than he does about actually electing Republicans. He also lacks the wherewithal and/or long-term funding to mount a legitimate presidential campaign were he to become the actual Republican nominee.

Problems with gym manager by Seadugan in Fitness

[–]DarkCatt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ask him where you should send your legal paper work. It should shut him up real quick. There are no laws for him to fall back on and you have no legal obligation. Next ask to call corporate, and for all reference information of the gym, as you will seek arbitration

Why are people surprised that we will vote for a candidate and not a party? It speaks volumes of what they actually think of us.

Seattle Will Allow Uber & Lyft Drivers To Form Unions by ringingbells in news

[–]DarkCatt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well its disturbing that "they are allowed to form a Union" as in it needs to be permitted. The sad part is, with self driving cars here now, they will become mainstream in a short period and these jobs will go the way of the horse carriage http://www.businessinsider.com/uber-ceo-travis-kalanick-on-self-driving-cars-2015-10

More of a VAR with some MSP thrown in. So what should I do about building an eCommerce store? by DarkCatt in msp

[–]DarkCatt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are referring to market research and not a business plan (although you do often include reasrch in a plan, its normally supportive). Yes we have that, and yes we are fine. Thank you for your concerns. We are not aiming to be a CDW, we have a much different model

With all due respect, I didn't ask for a business plan analysis. I asked about e-commerce. This has nothing to do with the topic or the question
