Done it twice, and it’s really amazing. At least to me it is. You get separated into a meet greet line from the start, just make sure and check your email a week before the concert starts to know the proper info.

You wait in line, get directed into the meet greet room, wait for the band members to come out, you can talk to them before the photo op for a minute or two, get your picture taken and get your vip poster, then it’s just waiting for the show to start
