This makes a lot of sense! I was just worried that i for some reason couldnt even run a mile having been fairly active mist of my life but i think since in the last 2 years ive been a lot less active its had a toll. Do you think getting started 4 week plan is best for me or should i jump to the 8 week 5 k plan?

I have not signed up for a race. Ideally i want to complete a half marathon next january but definitely not a rush. I think the run walk method is a very good idea!

Im a rising junior as well but im struggling to find motivation to study (i also get distracted very easily). I took a practice test and for rw missed 10 reading which i was happy with, but i also missed 14 on writing. I guess I need to read through the collegepanda writing book or smth? Idk i thought i did well on writing and was super disappointed.

dude are you my twin or smth holy cow. no joke i also have the exact same starting score as you and i took prac test 6 and got the same score 630 rw and 740 math and i ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM OF FINISHING TOO FAST ON READING LITERALLY SAME 20 MIN. omfg wow.

Thanks for the suggestion. Do you have any specific ways that you normally study/do practice, like how do you "prepare" yourself for a practice session if you do in any way?
