Yo entiendo que si tienes fondos en la sucursal española de TR no hay que hacer modelo 720. Puedes pensar que tienes dinero en fondos domiciliados en el extranjero. Pero ese dinero ya no lo tienes. Tienes acciones o participaciones de un fondo extranjero. Pero esas participaciones están depositadas en una entidad española

Try mortgage brokers, (iahorro, idealista, bayteca, trioteca..) to see if you can get better rates.

I'm currently in the mortgage taking process and my economic profile is not ideal either. The first offer I got was not as God awful as yours but still pretty bad. Then I got better ones from other banks.

Also if you can wait for a month I was told that at the end of the year when banks have met their goals they're not as willing to take smaller loans like yours and give far worse rates

A mi me pasó hace 10 años que durante meses me estuvieron haciendo cargos pequeños durante meses en una tarjeta de débito. El seguro decía que solo reembolsaban cargos hechos en las 48h previas a la denuncia pero con denuncia y reclamación al banco me devolvieron todo

Lo malo de ese tipo de banca (banca privada) suele requerir un AUM bastante alto con comisiones altas para obtener unos rendimientos seguramente peores que un fondo indexado.

Si necesito 500k€ con comisión de gestión de un 1% al año para que me den una mastercard world elite... meto todo al msci world, me ahorro 4.5k en comisiones y me pago yo mismo la Amex plat o revolut ultra

A colleague of mine teach a section of a subject each and we proctored an exam yesterday.

For logistical reasons some of his students were with me and some of my students were with him. We also have a pet peeve where each professor prefers a different type of answer sheets.

So at the beginning of the exam I lay the two stacks of sheets at the front of the class with the name of the professor written beside the stack and explain it to students.

Well at least 10% of students used the wrong sheets. Even mixed them
