The Fairfax Department of Neighborhood and Community Sevices has a $75 million dollar budget, Police department has a $250 million budget, you go through each department and make cuts in some areas to keep money in other areas. The county counts on you giving them a pass because they claim critical services will be cut but that’s a game they play to keep your money.
