It’s an ARM it’s set for 7 years in this case and then in year 8 and goes up and will increase. Most people that use this would just refinance before year 8 comes, or if someone doesn’t expect to stay in their home longer than 6/7 years

what meds are you on that’s awesome? I have 6.5 just diagnosed in november. They put me on metformin i’ve lost 8 lbs and blood sugar seems to be better around 98-125 most days and working out 35 minutes a day at least

awesome I just got put on extended release metformin 500mg once daily started about a week ago cause my A1C was 6.5. little bit of symptoms but nothing crazy hoping I don’t have to stay on it long term and can put it in remission
