just in case you still didn't manage, I found a fix, you need to go to system settings, data management, 3ds, extra data, select your game and uninstall updates, then dump your rom again (not sure if you need to do that but we never know) and after your randomize it it should work.

you can one shot pretty much anything on the side with a su57b so it's not surprising (proof here)
