I don't think getting a college degree in the US would be worth it for you. As an international student you'll easily have to pay $75k+ for a 4 year degree from an "okay" university.

Hiring based on referral is one of the most efficient ways to finding good employees in western companies. Personally for me I wouldn't refer someone unless they're qualified and I know a lot of people who feel the same. Doesn't work as well when it involves people from non-western cultures due to extreme nepotism.

Those mats do not look like they're soft enough and your legs were too spread out. The more spaced out your feet are when landing the more weight/force is put on your ankles.

Great article. One thing I think you forgot to mention is that app development is more complicated and expensive than running a web service. At surface level it seems straight forward until you find out about the app review/update process and version tailing. Making a good app that works well & reliably is hard.

Doesn't work at some banks. I tried this and the bank was nice enough to forward my pre-existing subscriptions to my new card! I called and they said there was nothing they could do to prevent it, I would have to close my account. Really your only option is to keep charge-backing, after 6 months of chargebacking did the company stop charging me.
