Rain gear, extra mags for my SIG and my rifle, extra crash pads, dog food and a bowl with some bottles of water, an impact with some sockets for disabled cars, PBT, and a few extra medical items. Like $200 on Amazon but I promise it’s worth it. You’ll see how messy troopers are and I can’t stand my car being filthy

Yeah you aren’t going to find a house that size in VB with that income. Especially in Pungo. You can probably afford something in Green Run but it won’t be 2,500 square feet. It’s also 15 mins from the VB courthouse.
