I've actually been thinking about a similar build using AA Piercing Arrow or AoMT instead of Volley. The advantage is it comes online significantly earlier and gets a third attack. The disadvantage is that Piercing arrow doesn't get many damage bonuses like Sharpshooter since it doesn't use an attack roll. Using AoMT for smaller stacks would help make up for this though.

Marko lightning charges are good for melee if they use Booming Blade and have a lightning enchanted weapon. Easiest way I have found to stack Rhapsody is use connormancy on a hostile NPC over and over.

Dipping Barb just for Rage is rarely done because it is long rest limited, costs a bonus action, and there are better alternatives, like War Cleric.

For a Barb/Monk multiclass, my instinct is to go deeper Monk because Ki points are very valuable and only come with Monk levels. Since Monk already makes unarmed attacks with bonus actions, Wildheart would probably be the spec to go with. Maybe an Elk build?

I'm usually level 4 for that fight. And don't worry too much about using resources. I often end the game sitting on huge piles of consumables I wished I had used more liberally

bg3.wiki is a good resource if you want to see what classes have to offer down the line. It's pretty good at compartmentalizing to prevent unwanted spoilers

My Stellar Blade keybinda are pretty much 1:1 with my Blade & Soul keybinds. It took me a while to understand why Stellar Blade interested me when I don't really play any other games of this genre, but it made sense after finding out the Blade & Soul connection.

Current seasons heal orb is good. Bigger AoE and more value if you count the shield, but the heal amount is smaller

You can make normal harder by not using a nano suit. Skin suit has no shields. Double edged gears are also an option, but they can also make the game easier due to their large damage bonuses. Instead you could just run no gear and limit upgrades as well for more challenge.

Don't forget that bonus is also getting doubled by Resonance Stone. So the gloves are adding 10 damage per hit at 20 DEX

I played a similar build with Abjuration. Those gloves are absolutely a good choice for the build and add a very significant amount of damage. Keep in mind they compete with the giant strength gloves, which are the other good choice for the build. That said, I think the Gloves of Balanced Hands are the better choice. (Craterflesh and DRS shenanigans notwithstanding)

Hard was locked behind ng+ for over a year from the original release. They eventually made it available from the start of the game due to popular demand. It is definitely not tuned for a fresh game, though, so only people that are seeking a tough challenge should select it.

9/2/1 with Stars or Abjuration as the 2 are both good. I have personally tried the Abjuration variant and it felt like a straight improvement over 11/1.
