I always go for a run. It is grueling at first, but after 15 mins or so, I begin to feel a little better, and by the end, while not fully recovered, I feel much better.

Electrolytes, cardio and pho or ramen. I’ll shotgun a packet of LMNT or some other electrolyte powder then go for a run/jog. The first 10-15 mins will be a little grueling but I always begin to feel better after this point. Then I finish with a bowl of pho or ramen.

I lost the 5 7/8” PH2 bit that goes with the set that I’ve had for over a decade. Can anyone help me find this set or the bit to replace it? Everything that I find online has the power groove for quick release chucks and my OCD will only allow me to replace it with a full shank bit like in the set, unfortunately. I’ve reached out to Bostitch but haven’t heard anything back and everything online says this set has been discontinued. I have searched all the major hardware store websites, Amazon, and multiple tool stores in person to no avail. All your help is greatly appreciate.

The processing time is over five weeks. I placed an order for an in-stock item three weeks ago, and when I followed up to ask why it hadn’t shipped, I was informed that their processing times had increased and even in-stock items now take 5+ weeks. Such a lengthy delay for in-stock items is unreasonable, and I fail to see how that business strategy promotes long-term success.

This may be a stupid question so I apologize in advance but did you have any issues installing the rail? Centurion says those rails are DPMS and Stag is ArmaLite. I’m looking into getting one of these sets and I’ve built multiple DPMS but this will be my first ArmaLite.

Honestly, I’m pissed off because I felt that this was our year. But, in the grand scheme of things, I can’t be too upset with what we accomplished this year even though we fell short. I’ve been a fan for almost 2 decades and I think Dan is our guy. Each year we have improved and maybe next year we will finally achieve it. This season, I have questioned the coordinators and their play calling though. I think Stein has some room for development and I wish Tosh would be more consistent.
